I ordered some boerewors and some biltong . They are both superb and very similar to the bold flavour profile that I grew up with on the farm in SA. The boerie was perfect even when cooked on a gas BBQ (although I do use a grill mat to control the inevitable flare ups). The biltong is clearly made from very good quality beef and it is dried to exactly the right moisture level. I prefer to buy it in the whole piece format and then just use a small knife to "carve" off just as much as I want to eat while preserving the rest for later. The trouble is it's so delicious it's hard to stop!

We've tried many different sources of biltong over the years, and Canada Biltong is definitely the best! Fast service and easy delivery, would highly recommend putting in an order!

Im a Born and bred Namibian and that's the only thing I miss not having in Canada but hey... BC have now solved that problem.
