- 350 g Cherry tomatoes (exotic mix works well)
- 150 g Mozzarella cheese (Fior di Latte)
- 2 cup Canada Biltong Sliced Biltong
- 3 Tbs Basil Pesto
- Handful fresh basil
- Drizzle of EV Olive oil
