Biltong Canada Spicy Boerewors Burgers

Ingredients


Biltong Canada Boerie Burger Patties
Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
Curly Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion
Cucumber
Feta Cheese
Sriracha Mayo

 

Method

Place the Biltong Canada Boerewors Burger patties on the braai, flip after a few minutes until perfectly brown on both sides and done to your liking in the middle. 
Take the bottom of the hamburger bun slightly toasted
Place lettuce leaves on the bottom
Add a few dollops of sriracha mayo (recipe below)
Place the boerie burger patty on top of the sauce
Layer slices of cucumber, tomato and red onion.
Season well with salt and black pepper
Add crumbled Feta cheese on the top of the onion rings
Finish with a drizzle more sauce and top off the bun.

Sriracha Mayo - take a half a cup of mayo, add 1-2 teaspoons of Sriracha chilli sauce, mix well.  Add more or less Sriracha according to your liking.
