Cook stywe pap as normal
2 cups Mielie meal
4 cups water
2 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 180℃ Grease a non stick loaf tin, Spoon in a layer of chakalaka at the bottom. Divide the pap into two, add dollops of pap as the second layer and smooth over. Spoon in another layer of Chakalaka followed by another layer (second half )of the pap. Top with some chakalaka and grated cheese.
Bake at 180℃ for 30 min and cheese starts to brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
