Shipping policy

Because Biltong Canada prides itself on providing its customers the finest Biltong at the most reasonable prices, we ship all goods fresh, directly from our manufacturing facility on Vancouver Island.

We are a small batch craft biltong manufacturer and while we try to maintain sufficient inventory levels, most of our sales are made to order. If we have it in stock, and the order was received before 12 noon, it will be shipped same day, otherwise the following day. All other orders will be shipped within 5 days, or sooner as batches are completed.
