A delicious grilling sausage boldly flavoured in the traditional South African way, with strong coriander notes rounded off by a hint of clove, nutmeg and black pepper.
Best grilled over hot Hardwood coals or charcoal, but is equally delicious fried in a pan or skillet, or broiled in the oven or air fryer.
Ingredients: Ground Beef, Ground Pork, Pork Fat max 30%, Water, Salt, Spices & Spice Extracts, Dextrose, MSG (Flavour Enhancer), Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite. Natural Hog Casings.

I'm not sure why I waited so long to try this boerewors (maybe dissapointed by most offerings out there) but these guys have knocked it out of the park, it's really, really good. They already had me as a repeat customer on their biltong and dry wors, now I can add boerewors to my list of addictions.

This biltong from Canada Biltong is the BEST! I have just come back from a 6 week vacation in South Africa and had biltong just about every day I was there ! None of the biltong I had there, came anywhere close to that as tasty as this! I bought from a variety of butchers too so it just wasn’t one butcher that I purchased the biltong from!
The droewors is also right up there in taste and second to none! Nothing I tasted in SA could come close!
And don’t get me started on the Boerewors! It is incredibly tasty and Paul seems to found the magic ratio of spice mix for the Boerewors, that, like the biltong and droewors, keeps one wanting more! Every guest I have had to à Braai/bbq at the house., compliments the taste of the Boerewors… just don’t overcook it! Again, I didn’t come close to tasting any Boerewors in SA that is/was on a par with that of Paul’s Boerewors!
