I'm not sure why I waited so long to try this boerewors (maybe dissapointed by most offerings out there) but these guys have knocked it out of the park, it's really, really good. They already had me as a repeat customer on their biltong and dry wors, now I can add boerewors to my list of addictions.

This biltong from Canada Biltong is the BEST! I have just come back from a 6 week vacation in South Africa and had biltong just about every day I was there ! None of the biltong I had there, came anywhere close to that as tasty as this! I bought from a variety of butchers too so it just wasn’t one butcher that I purchased the biltong from!
The droewors is also right up there in taste and second to none! Nothing I tasted in SA could come close!
And don’t get me started on the Boerewors! It is incredibly tasty and Paul seems to found the magic ratio of spice mix for the Boerewors, that, like the biltong and droewors, keeps one wanting more! Every guest I have had to à Braai/bbq at the house., compliments the taste of the Boerewors… just don’t overcook it! Again, I didn’t come close to tasting any Boerewors in SA that is/was on a par with that of Paul’s Boerewors!

Best boerewors by far, even compared to the boerewors we had on our last visit to South Africa.

I ordered some boerewors and some biltong . They are both superb and very similar to the bold flavour profile that I grew up with on the farm in SA. The boerie was perfect even when cooked on a gas BBQ (although I do use a grill mat to control the inevitable flare ups). The biltong is clearly made from very good quality beef and it is dried to exactly the right moisture level. I prefer to buy it in the whole piece format and then just use a small knife to "carve" off just as much as I want to eat while preserving the rest for later. The trouble is it's so delicious it's hard to stop!

I can't eat beef jerky now that I've tried Canada Biltong. Great job guys. Just ordered 4 more bags. I'm addicted

We were missing the great boerewors that we bought when we lived in Toronto and we were disappointed with the ones we found on Vancouver until we tried Paul's.

We really enjoyed the boerewors. You've got the perfect balance of spices, coriander and just the right amount of vinegar in there! We did it in the cast iron pan as it was too cold and wet to braai.

Amazing flavor!

I've tried a lot of boerewors over the years since moving to Vancouver and I've not been very impressed. After trying Paul's traditional boerewors I now have faith again I can enjoy boerewors in Vancouver, its like a taste from home. I'll definitely reorder again.

Paul's boerewors is delicious! There is no other way to properly describe it. The flavours are authentic and the sausage is juicy without being overly fatty. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Hi Paul, had neighbours over last evening and cooked your boerewors and had Chakalaka relish with it. Boerewors was by general consent excellent ( cooked over coals as you recommended) .whilst waiting we also tried the Biltong which got the same response. Consequently I would like to place an order for 4 packets of Boerewors and 2 Biltong when you are next in town. If this isn’t for awhile or if you prefer I am quite happy to pick up in Metchosin as I have be be over that way anyway in the next few days. Thanks Bill.
