I’m from South Africa and have eaten droëwors all my life, but the ones from Canada Biltong in Victoria, BC honestly blew me away. I live in Coquitlam, BC , and it’s 100% worth the shipping for this quality. The texture, spice blend, and flavour are spot on, authentic, perfectly balanced, and even better than some droëwors I’ve had back home in South Africa.
You can really tell it’s made with care and an understanding of what proper droëwors should taste like. For any South African missing real biltong and droëwors, or anyone who just appreciates amazing cured meat, this is the best you’ll find in Canada, hands down.

I am a Canadian married to a saffa and bought this for him when I was home visiting family. It was gone within 24 hours once I got home. Definitely reminds me of the droëwors I had in the Kruger.
