Lekker biltong and they do their best to minimize shipping costs for the customer.
They do it the traditional way which is great (even though I prefer the sliced biltong a bit less dry, some SA butchers have reduced the drying time).
They genuinely are about the clients.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the drying time, however we are required to abide by strict VIHA foodsafe regulations regarding the shelf stablity of our products, SA butchers are able to offer you 'wetter' biltong because they are not sealing and shipping the biltong long distances, over many days or weeks (You buy it instore and consume it from a brown paper bag).
