We trim some of our Biltong to cater for the Canadian “Low Fat” palette, but us South Africans prefer a bit more fat, proper real fatty Biltong is available as an option. I encourage more people to try it fatty, it is delicious, melt in the mouth delicious.

Haven’t had real biltong since I was a kid in Rhodesia, almost 70 now and it is so great to experience that fantastic flavour again. Third order coming in soon.

The biltong is perfect! On the website, its very easy to choose fatty or lean, whatever one’s preference is! The mixture of spices, is right-on making it very flavourful and ‘moreish’, where Ione always want more :) Good job, Paul!
