Order arrived well vacuum packed. Delicious and spiced as traditional biltong. Just the right amount of fat (lean) and dried to a lovely soft/semi-moist consistency.
I look forwrd to trying the droe wors I also bought.

It was great but still lacks that specific South African taste!

Haven’t had real biltong since I was a kid in Rhodesia, almost 70 now and it is so great to experience that fantastic flavour again. Third order coming in soon.

The biltong is perfect! On the website, its very easy to choose fatty or lean, whatever one’s preference is! The mixture of spices, is right-on making it very flavourful and ‘moreish’, where Ione always want more :) Good job, Paul!
