Canadas most authentic Biltong, slice it anyway you like it!  We trim some of our Biltong to cater for the Canadian “Low Fat” palette, but us South Africans prefer a bit more fat, proper real fatty (”Geelvet" when available) Biltong is available as an option. I encourage more people to try it fatty, it is delicious, creamy, melt in the mouth delicious.
