Lean, tender. Only point I would make (and it's personal, tastes differ) is that it doesn't have enough of the biltong spices. Comes out quite bland

I've tried a few biltong products in Canada and have usually been left disappointed. It's often overpriced, overdried like American jerky, wrong flavour profile and cut into tiny pieces. Not here - this is real South African biltong. Perfectly seasoned, dried (leaving a bit of moisture) and packaged. 10/10

Our sliced Biltong is certainly not lean, if I'd been made aware that you very specifically wanted lean, I would've steered you towards our Lean Biltong slabs which is the only lean Biltong I sell. Two bags of biltong with shipping cost is expensive even on sale but it worth it to me and very delicious.
