Our sliced Biltong is certainly not lean, if I'd been made aware that you very specifically wanted lean, I would've steered you towards our Lean Biltong slabs which is the only lean Biltong I sell. Two bags of biltong with shipping cost is expensive even on sale but it worth it to me and very delicious.

Based on recommendations from YouTubers, I tried some biltong. It was excellent. Better than jerky. Low salt. Flavourful.
